1. Site Administrator
Exeter- immediate start
A leading Facilities Management business is looking to appoint a Site Administrator to work on a busy project based in the Sowton area.
As a Site Administrator, the duties will include:
- Organising deliveries on and off site, assisting with inductions for sub-contractors and visitors.
- Organising Stationary/ office supplies, managing diaries
- You will also be involved in managing weekly reports and spreadsheets
- Administration duties and some minute taking may be required
- Updating online Document Control software/Reporting
- Organising staff rosters
As a Site Administrator you will need to be an organised individual with an eye for detail and accustomed to a site environment.
Ideally you’ll have previous experience of working as either an Administrator, Site Secretary or Document Controller within the facilities or construction industry.
This is a varied role where a flexible and adaptable work ethos is required, the initial contract duration is to be finalised but is anticipated to run into the New year.

Start ASAP – Exeter
Ongoing contract £10.50 – £11.00ph DOE
Labourer required to assist on a large commercial project on the outskirts of Exeter.
Ideally you will have experience within a similar role and experience working on a construction site.
Duties will include general labouring, assisting trades, carrying and lifting materials.
You will need a valid CSCS and PPE and 2 checkable references
Hours of work between 7.30am to 17.00pm across 5 days a week

Assistant Site Manager
Responsible for day to day delivery of site-based project or remedial work. Assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications (safety, quality, time, etc.) such that all risk, specification and project objectives are met in full.
Responsible for achieving the sales targets set and maximising revenue through the sale of add ons. You will deliver exceptional Customer Service to the customer and have a positive working relationship with both Sales Manager and the Marketing Co-ordinator
Assistant Quantity Survey
Responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of residential redevelopment schemes in the South West Region for Vistry Partnerships. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of JCT, PFI and bespoke contracts and possess an appreciation of project processes along with design and risk management.
Responsible for the commercial delivery of mixed tenure residential schemes in the South West Region. You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of JCT and bespoke contracts and possess a strong appreciation of project processes and design and risk management.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsible for being the commercial lead for a major new town mixed tenure development in the South West Region. You must have experience of successfully delivering major open market affordable and contracting housing schemes with values in excess of £5m.

Construction Training Opportunities
Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship ‘Bootcamp’
This bootcamp is designed to enable successful candidates to ‘stand out from the pack’ when employers’ are recruiting electrical installation apprentices.
The programme will run in Exeter from Monday 11th January 2021 for 12 weeks and is open to all candidates over the age of 19 who live within an ‘EX’ postcode.
Level 3 Brick Bootcamp
The aim of the programme is to further develop, support and retain NVQ L2 Blue card Brick apprentices and progress learners to achieve their NVQ Level 3 CSCS
The programme will be delivered in 3 phases, consisting of training, development and assessment over a 12 month period.

Mechanical Engineering Pre-Apprenticeship Bootcamp
The aim of the programme is to support those aged 19 and over who are leaving the Armed Forces or civilians looking for a career change.
The programme will develop transferable skills and knowledge to help you gain employment.
Candidates will progress from training into employment as part of the Bootcamp programme and work towards a CSCS Gold card at NVQ L3.
