A leading construction business is looking to appoint a Site Administrator to work on a busy project based in Exeter. This contract role starts immediately on one of the most exciting schemes currently on site in the area.

As a Site Administrator duties could include:

• Plant hire and organising deliveries on and off site, assisting with inductions for sub contractors and visitors.
• Organising Stationary/ office supplies, managing diaries
• You will also be involved in managing weekly reports and spreadsheets
• Administration duties and some minute taking may be required
• Assisting with Health and safety on site
• Updating online Document Control software/drawing registers
• Organising meetings, refreshments and greeting visitors
• Updating enrolment/induction paperwork

As a Site Administrator you will need to be an organised individual with an eye for detail and accustomed to a site environment. You will need to hold previous experience working as either an Administrator, Site Secretary or Document Controller within the construction industry and have sound IT and communication skills/

Junior Surface Repair Apprentice

Our team repair everything from damaged window frames on commercial construction sites to floor tiles in £10 million houses and our apprentices are going to be at the forefront of this. Spending the first few years with one of our senior repairers you will be learning our complete repair process from preparation of surfaces to spray finishing, combining techniques from the French polishing and automotive sectors.

Your training will include learning the following practical skills: Masking, sanding, profiling, colour matching, detailing, spraying of specialist coatings, woodgrain replication, texture replication, free hand brush work, surface preparation, surface protection, paint mixing.

We want our apprentices to be our future leaders which is why you will also be spending time with our support team learning different elements of the business from customer support, marketing, finance and how our business works. Towards the end of your apprenticeship you will also spend time with the managing director and operations director to gain an insight into developing and running a national business.

Excellent earning potential on completion of the Apprenticeship programme – in the region of £19k per year.
