“I joined SDS in September 2020 after undertaking a week’s work experience as part of SDS’s ‘Adopt-a-School’ scheme. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have worked on a number of healthcare projects which are often complex in nature, supported by senior members of the team.
I am currently contributing to an 8-week programme of live engineering presentations to Year 5 children, raising students aspirations and raising awareness of the varied, challenging and interesting role of engineering.
It is a challenging and varied role but that’s what keeps it interesting.”
