Year 7 will work be in groups of 5-8 (Dependant on the number of employers available)

Employers will be given a brief sheet of what we would like them to discuss/talk about with students – Information on Job/Career – what that job actually is and skills used in the role

– Explain what skills actually mean eg resilience
– How they have developed the skills
– List of Skills and how used in work place
– What done to develop /Clubs/ Jobs D of E extra curricular
– Rank top 3 skills
– Bring up range of roles in job area
