Property Maintenance

A property maintenance or housing inspector typically works for a local government agency or architectural and engineering firm to inspect properties. The inspector makes sure that builders, property owners and managers comply with local regulations and codes. When necessary, the inspector will make recommendations on changes that need to be made.
