St Sidwell’s Point’ is Exeter’s new state of the art leisure centre and will be the most energy efficient in the UK.
Opening in the Summer of 2021 it includes three pools, a gym and two fitness studios, health suite and spa facility, children’s soft play area and a café.
This environmentally friendly building is designed to save up to 70% on annual energy costs, the pools will have exceptional water quality, with minimal chemical content and the heat generated from the gym will help heat the pools.
