Sophie is a Graduate Design Manager and after studying for an M.Sc in Sustainable Development, she was offered the position at national construction company, Kier. She works within the Design and Build Team and supports, manages and collaborates with the design team during the pre-construction phase of a project. She says that every single day is different and that a graduate programme is brilliant for offering a valuable experience whilst you develop your skills ‘on the job’.
