Women in Construction

More women than ever are choosing a career in construction and the built environment, with the sector offering a variety of roles and opportunities, with plenty of room for career progression and skill development.

Last year, the total number of women in construction topped 1 million, with women now making up over 14% of construction industry professionals and 37% of new entrants into the industry that came from higher education are women. To find out more visit Go Construct’s ‘Women in Construction’ page.
